POLYJET™ Technology
The POLYJET™ Polymer Jetting Technology closely resembles inkjet printing technology. The 3-dimensional printing system builds up parts by layering down ultra-thin layers (.0006”) of liquid resin from it’s print heads. The results are accurate, clean, smooth and highly detailed 3-dimensional models. POLYJET™ technology enables manufacturers and designers to reduce product development cycles in dramatically shorten time-to-market of new products in many industries.

Superior Quality: Smooth & durable surfaces with outstanding quality & finish
Accuracy: Jetting technology provides .0006" resolution for fine details & thin walls
Fast: Rapid Process, large build size & less post processing
Versatile: Variety of materials, properties & colors
Appearance Models:
Great for evaluation of concept designs. Base material can be dyed, metal coated or painted to replicate a variety of surfaces, textures and materials.
Functional Testing:
Material versatility allows for functional testing of parts and assemblies. Parts can be drilled, sanded, bonded, painted, etc.
Rapid Tooling & Molding:
3D solid models can be used to create tools or master patterns for vacuum forming, silicon molds, casting, etc. Great solution for undercuts.

POLYJET™ Materials
Fullcure®720:
A translucent resin for models with exceptionally fine details and smooth durable surfaces. Material has a good impact strength for strong and robust parts.
Vero®:
An opaque resin for models with exceptionally fine details and smooth durable surfaces. Material has a good impact strength for strong and robust parts. Available in white, black and blue.
Tango®
Similar to rubber or silicone, parts from this material can stretch, flex and bend. Ideal for flexible parts like footwear soles, keypads, rubber grips, etc. One step process for flexible parts.
